21 Day Fix Review

Hey y’all. I know it’s been a while and I have said that the last few posts. My goal really is to start writing and sharing our life with you again.

Anyway, I shared my fitness goals with you a few months ago and once again, I failed. I hate having to say that. My heart sinks. Not to worry though because I made the decision to start anew again.

On June 2, 2014 I started my Beachbody journey. I was a little apprehensive at first but decided that nothing I was doing on my own was working and I needed a change. I bit the bullet and spent the money and my life will forever be changed.

I want to share with you my experience and statistics over the 21 days.

After 21 days: I lost 13.4 pounds, 3 inches around chest, 1 1/2 inches on each arm, 3 inches on the smallest part of my stomach, 6 1/2 inches around belly button, 2 inches around hips and an inch on my left leg (my right gained 1/2).

That is amazing! As Autumn (celebrity trainer) says, “stop wishing for it and start working for it.” That is exactly what I have done. I feel stronger, my cravings are down, I have so much more energy and motivation.


I have been so inspired by this change in my life that I became a coach so that I can help others achieve their goals.

Stay tuned for an update on my fitness goals. I am also going to start sharing recipes and healthy living tips because I really want to help others.
